Temporary Certificate of Occupancy (TCO) Renewal Payments

TCO renewal payments can be done electronically with an eCheck or credit card though the NYC DOB eFiling website.

Once you are logged in, click on the lower left-hand corner box that says Express Cashier Payments. Once the Express Cashier Payments Bar appears, click the word show on the right-hand side. Follow the prompts from there.
