Phipps Houses Transformation
Phipps Houses is one of the oldest not-for-profit, owner, developer and manager of affordable housing in NYC. This renovation project was for a new Phipps Affordable Leasing Office to provide struggling families with housing needs. Originally this space was outdoor area exposed to the elements and was later enclosed. RJSA was challenged to design within the limits and unique features of this space but RJSA was able to deliver a beautiful design that is currently under (way or construction). Look forward to photo updates this coming Spring 2020 season.
