DOB Now: Build New Document Requirement Delayed

The Department of Buildings is delaying a requirement to upload a Property Ownership Certificate Form until August. In August, in order to proceed with a permit request for New Building and Alteration-CO in DOB NOW: Build, the ownership form will be required.

Government-owned properties are exempt from this requirement.
