Certificates Of Correction

Starting today, April 7, 2020, you can e-file your Certificate of Correction’s by logging into your DOBNOW account.

Once you are logged in, clicking on the green BIS Options button, and then click the green + Certificate of Correction Review Request button.

Keep in mind that you will need to upload the applicable forms below which all require notarization and any documents proving the building violation was satisfied:

• AEU2: Certificate of Correction Affidavit

• AEU3321: Certificate of Correction and Statement of Support

• AEU20: Statement in Support of Certificate of Correction

• Documentation: Any proof that the violating condition was corrected which may include but not limited to Permits, Bills, receipts, photographs, Local Law 11 FISP Reports, etc.
