FEATURED PROJECT
Phipps Houses is one of the oldest not-for-profit, owner, developer and manager of affordable housing in NYC. Currently under construction, the renovation project is for a new leasing office to provide struggling families with housing needs. RJSA was challenged to take an enclosed area, an old outdoor space, and transform it into a functional space with unique features.

RJSA provided Architectural services for Schematic Design and Conceptual 3-D drawing for the Front Desk Space to be able to better accommodate these packages visually and physically.

This renovation project for a new Chinese Restaurant in an outdoor mall. The conceptual design proposes an abundance of natural lighting, ample seating and movability for diners.

WAYFINDING SYSTEM
RJSA provided the Rochdale Community with a coherent and contemporary inter-campus wayfinding. This interactive map will serve as a public gathering space that can be integrated into the existing campus.

The goal in this design option is to provide the residents of Jimerson Housing with an outdoor space. Located at the entrance of each building with additional seating and a pergola structure.
